UBER JOURNEY MAP

Uber Journey Map

This project gave me the opportunity to create a customer journey map conveying the process of a user's first Uber ride. While a group of 3 of us conducted the research on the experience together, we each created our own individual maps of the experience. As we observed the experience we had to consider persona goals, the phases of the experience, the specific actions taken within each phase, touchpoints (a moment where something is needed to enable the user to move forward), artifacts (a tangible, designed object), and a critical assessment of the experience.
